I'm 18 and at college for a third year. It's not an obligatory year either, I just can't leave...! In my first year I passed AS levels (ICT, English, Maths and Law), and returned to get A2 Maths, English, Law, and AS Business. And now I'm there to take A2 Business, and AS Sociology and AS Geography.
I work Sunday lunches and the occasional evenings at a pub in the next village as a waitress. It keeps my purse topped up each week and gets me by, which is always good. I worked like, every single night over Christmas, and I haven't spent much, plus all the tips... you could say I'm pretty okay for money for the next couple of months, lol. I hope I save it okay, but I do need stuff like clothes, and music, and DVDs... and maybe the occasional night out round town... ^_^
I enjoy listening to music - I generally always have my MP3 player with me. I kind of like a bit of everything, but that kind of response is so irritating. What I don't like is dance/trance trash, and extremely heavy metal-type music, though I end up getting tolerant, so long as there are words. And I love going to concerts and gigs. I sawMy Chemical Romance and Foo Fighters before Christmas, and I've bought tickets to see Simple Plan on February 14th..!
I love going to events like Collectormania to meet celebrities - much fun!
And I love my friends. Friends make life more fun - how boring would it be to turn up to college and not have my friends around to make everyone laugh??? Sure, friends are coming and going, and I've lost touch with a heck of a lot of people in like the last few years, but my web of friends at the moment is cool.
My LJ became Friends Only in May 2005. I wasn't threatened, I didn't meet any abuse, I didn't feel insecure about people seeing who I am, and I'm not censoring myself. I just merely wanted to know who was or could read my entries, and so 99.9% of my entries are FO. Public entries are generally photo posts for my non-LJ user friends to look at.

my_idle_mind. I figured I wanted somewhere seperate to post up creative rubbish like poems and pictures. Quality is in the eye of the beholder.
